Lets be real …
The last time I wrote on here was September of LAST YEAR!!! Like what! Sooo much has happened since then I don’t even know where to start although I do know that I miss writing on here.
I’ll share a few things that have changed with me, first off I am not in a relationship anymore. Let me tell you it felt like the world’s longest breakup, I think what made it so hard is we go to a small ass school together so there was really no distance … but I can chat about that another time. Another thing that happened was I had my 21st birthday!!! I’m enjoying going to restaurants finding good food and great drinks with my friends. I had a 21st birthday party with two of my friends and that night was one for the books 😬. My last milestone is starting my senior year of college, which is crazy to think about. When I started my blog I was a sophomore in college and was trying to figure out a lot of things and still trying to figure things out to this day!
Okay moving on … can we talk about the fact that 2020 has been a shit storm. My junior year ended at home … in March, I went home for spring break, and they told us to stay our ass at home. To think that we are in a pandemic is crazy, I never thought that we would be in this situation and how much things would change. I spent 6 months at home 😳 those 6 months put me through a lot mentally, physically, and emotionally. I don’t know about y’all but being on lockdown at home made me think about every life choice I made!
I am excited to write about those experiences and share some funny stories! I also have some new ideas about how I want to take this blog to the next level. I lowkey want to start a podcast but that would be something that I would probably start after I graduate! Being a senior in college during a pandemic is something that I was not prepared for and trying to tackle.
With all that being said! I can’t wait to chat with those who read my posts and let y’all in again!
Its been real 🤞🏽
